Wintertime and Kilroy Chiropractic

"Greetings everyone" I hope you all have had a great year so far. I know that when it gets cold outside a lot of us eat more and move less, myself included. The extra winter weight can put a lot of stress on your spine and postural muscles, so it is very important to get adjusted regularly. Just realize spring is just around the corner so there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Kilroy Chiropractic has made some changes over the past year including the addition of  Master Personal Trainer Brian Richards as a new buisness associate. Brian is well educated in fitness, personal training and military based training, he offers saturday boot camp at our office as well. We now offer Zone products on sale at our office such as fish oil and Zone bars, great products and a great diet plan to help lose that unwanted bodyfat for summer.

I have personally enjoyed a winter vacation to Puerto Rico with my seven year old son back in december. I have also done a bit of snowboarding and snowtubeing with my family, a lot of fun for sure. I hope to enjoy the great outdoors some more in the next few months.
